3. Products, Pricing & Orders

• Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). We try to keep information up to date but pricing and availability may change without notice.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Kanna Delights. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or fraud detection.
• Customers are advised to place orders at least 24 hours in advance for the best service.

4. Payments

Payments must be made by the methods available at checkout. We use third‑party payment gateways to process card/UPI/netbanking transactions; those providers' terms also apply. Kanna Delights does not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery areas, times and charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout. Customers must provide accurate delivery instructions.
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, weather or other delays.
• For pickup orders, customers must present order confirmation at the pickup location.
• Delivery is available within Hyderabad city limits. Please check availability for your area before placing an order.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
• For perishable food items, refunds will only be provided in case of quality issues or incorrect orders.
• Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.

7. Food Safety & Allergen Information

• All our products are prepared following FSSAI guidelines and safety standards.
• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.
• While we take precautions, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
